L\u2019id\u00e9e \u00e9tant que, puisque les juges de Strasbourg et de Luxembourg sont tous deux comp\u00e9tents pour interpr\u00e9ter et appliquer la convention europ\u00e9enne, et \u00e9tant donn\u00e9 que leurs politiques judiciaires sont interd\u00e9pendantes en raison des effets de leurs arr\u00eats dans les syst\u00e8mes juridiques internes des Etats parties, chacun devient n\u00e9cessairement le pair de l\u2019autre.<\/p>\n<p>A la lumi\u00e8re de la jurisprudence de la CEDH et de la CJE et tout en ayant \u00e9gard \u00e0 la dimension horizontale de leurs relations, l\u2019objectif est de proposer un cadre th\u00e9orique permettant de r\u00e9glementer les relations entre des cours qui ne sont pas dans un rapport de hi\u00e9rarchie. Ce cadre th\u00e9orique, bas\u00e9 sur un suivi constant, donne naissance \u00e0 des ajustements progressifs r\u00e9ciproques.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Abstract<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The study inquires into a form of dialogue that is very specific to European human rights adjudication and which is identified as being judicial peer review.
